Flash image and Map Viewer
After talked about some use of Macromedia Flash as the front-end client to represent maps and GIS data ( in Italian ), I tested a bit the cool flashearth application by Neave.
Today I have to say that there is another interesting application using almost the same technology, but seems to be better in terms of User Experience.
The tool I’m talking about is called Closer and it offers some good features that could improve image visualization on the internet ( see the googleMap example ).
I invite all of you to keep an eye on some use cases.
