Speaking at Design Students
Today 13th November we’ll be speaking at 2 different groups of Design Students at Politecnico di Milano.
During the morning we speak about wikinomics and how to understand users behavioural patterns and integrate them with crowdsorcing and social media rules.
We’ll try to give to students a bright overview about involved topics and, more over, we aim to discuss with them on specific emerging trends that could enable innovative ideas and/or solutions, both on business and/or on social sides.
Today we mainly focus on User Experience Design and Research activities to offer the right methodological tools to answer the most relevant questions when involved in understanding such complex scenarios, like the ones related to designing social services.
