I started doing research and design on InfoVis from 2001.
I promessi sposi: an infovis book
My first infoVis project was about a new way of reading and discovering the famous Italian book from Alessandro Manzoni: “I promessi sposi“.The idea was to understand the complexity around characters, places, events into the whole story.

KMap: infovis and visual handling for trend analysis
In 2004 I got a degree in Industrial Design ( 99/100 ) at Politecnico di Milano; my final dissertation was titled “Da Information Visualizazion a Information Visual Handling. Il progetto Kmap” and was about creating a new User Experience in using Graphical User Interface to understand and edit data ( the complete 10 MB PDF is available ).
